US markets slammed down on Fri during vote counting demonstrate in favor of leaving EU and after the result is confirmed.  Outside day is formed on weekly chart and broke recent low (May's low).  Looking at COT raw data, both nos of long and short positions had decreased, the nos of long positions had decreased more than short positions.
